What is LAKBAY? -  lakb´ay, ­ maglakbay, lakbay´in - is a Tagalog word, which means (v.) to travel, to take a trip. Maglakbay tayo sa buong mundo. Let's travel around the world.

I decided to craft lakbayOnline primarily because of my great appreciation of the things around me, my personal dream to experience and witness God’s magnificent creations and to share it back with the rest of the world.  I’m an accountant who started to travel on October 2007. During that time, I also started make blogs. I was motivated to share my travel experiences, photos and videos. Initially, I made www.bojomacaraig.blogspot.com and later it became www.lakbayonline.com. However, I forgot to renew the domain. And so, to make things easy for me, I registered this new site, www.lakbayonline.net , to continuously share my priceless moments for everyone.

In 2017 I circumnavigated the globe and become a member of CIRCUMNAVIGATORS CLUB, in 2020. 

   

Also in 2017, I visited Machu Picchu in Peru and Christ the Redeemer in Brazil to complete the THE NEW 7 WONDERS OF THE WORLD
