August 2008
October 2009
Hong Kong,
Asia’s World City, is a former
British Colony for more than 150 years. In 1997, China recommenced the exercise
of control over Hong Kong and now, it is one of its Special Administrative
Region.
It is one of the prime destinations of Filipinos
and other tourists from all over the world because of its numerous attractions
and it is a great place to shop. The things that I saw and experienced in
August 2008 gave me the eagerness to bring my whole family here for leisure. The
city is very welcoming to foreign visitors and the must-sees are very
accessible by its public transportation.

I revisited Hong Kong with my family in October 2009.
Incidentally, we were fortunate that Hong Kong Disneyland was celebrating
Halloween at that time. And so, we were able to witness two grandiose and
colorful Disney parades which were held before the breath-taking fireworks
display.
