My second day in Washington DC
I went to Cuban Embassy to apply a Cuban Tourist Visa, but the staff told me to go to the agency at the back to purchase Cuban Tourist Card (CTC). I paid 30USD for the CTC.
On June 12, 2017, I took a grab car at around 5:30AM heading to the Washington Airport and fly bound to Florida USA. Upon arrival, I immediately proceed for JetBlue Airways for Cuban visa checking but unfortunately, they told me that I need a visa not a tourist card. “blah.. blah… blah…” I presented the email I received from them, stating that I was allowed to use the tourist card visa (shown above).
Matapos ang mahabang diskusyon, They offered me a flight, as replacement, bound to Colombia, Haiti or Puerto Rico. I chose Puerto Rico. While waiting for my flight, I searched a hotel in San Juan and immediately booked it. From the Puerto Rico Airport, I took a cab bound to my hotel in Old Town San Juan and explore for 3 days.
